• Driver waits 5 minutes only if no one collects, the order is returned and a new delivery fee applies.

• Missed calls, unanswered calls, or rude behaviour = order cancelled for the day (new delivery fee required).

• Please share a pinned location if your address is unclear. If the driver cannot find you, your order is returned and a new fee applies.

At Alawrah, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully check all items before shipping. Please note that all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

• In the rare case that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will send you a replacement.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging when reporting an issue.

•We do not offer refunds.
